Local Ads

Where will my ads appear?
We place your spots across a curated mix of partner venues (clinics, gyms, cafés, retail, offices). We’ll share an inventory snapshot and recommend the best mix for your audience.
How often will my ad play?
Standard spots are 15 seconds in a rotating loop. Expect roughly 6–8 plays per hour per screen on entry packages; actual frequency varies by venue, time of day, and demand.
What creative specs do you support?
Video: 15s MP4/MOV (H.264), 1920×1080 (landscape) or 1080×1920 (portrait), ~50–80MB max. Static: JPG/PNG at 1920×1080 or 1080×1920. We can also incorporate QR codes and short URLs.
Can you design the creative for us?
Yes. We offer quick‑turn ad creation that will be approved by you before we post it to our network.
Do I get reporting?
Quarterly reporting and review is provided with our Local Reach package and Scale Region add-on.
Can I choose specific locations or dayparts?
Yes. We’ll recommend placements based on your audience. Location preferences are supported based on availability.
Are there content restrictions?
We follow venue‑safe guidelines (no hateful, explicit, or misleading content; regulated categories may require review). We’ll confirm acceptability before pushing the ad to our network.
What if inventory is full or I need to pause?
Though refunds are not available, we are always happy to pause your ad and allow you to use the remainder of the purchased time when you are ready.

Can you run a short campaign just for my event?
Absolutely. We offer a flexible weekly option for events so you can customize based on your event. We offer a 10% discount for anything over 4 weeks.
How quickly can we go live?
If the ad is ready and inventory is available, we can usually place within 2–3 business days. Need help with creative? Add 2-3 days for production.
What sizes and formats should we send?
Provide 1920×1080 (landscape) and/or 1080×1920 (portrait) — video (15s MP4/MOV) or static (JPG/PNG). We’ll handle safe areas and scaling.
Do you provide proof of play or screenshots?
Yes — we include periodic screen caps where available and a wrap‑up summary of estimated impressions and recommendations for your next push.
What if we need to adjust or pause?
Send us updated ad or timing; we’ll swap assets and reschedule as inventory allows. Mid‑cycle cancellations convert remaining time to a credit usable within 90 days.

Data & Privacy

How do you handle my data/PII?
We collect only what’s needed to respond and deliver services (name, email, company, logo, project details, optional UTM/source data). Submissions are stored by our website host and forwarded to our business email. We don’t sell personal data. Request access or deletion anytime at admin@scalebeacon.net.
