TERMS OF SERVICE

Clear Terms. Straightforward Business.

These terms explain the basic expectations for working with BrightLoop Media, including services, billing, creative, cancellations, confidentiality and related responsibilities.

Terms of Service

Effective: September 4, 2025

Scope & Engagement

We work on a package or project basis. Scope, deliverables, timeline and fees are defined in the contract or statement of work (SOW). Any change requires mutual written approval.

Communication & Cadence

  • Response time: within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).
  • Meetings: weekly working session. Partner engagements may include additional touchpoints.
  • Channels: in-person visits, email and scheduled calls, with asynchronous updates through shared documents when applicable.

Deliverables & Ownership

You own the content for all deliverables upon full payment. BrightLoop Media retains rights to pre-existing tools, methods and templates. You receive a license to use embedded materials as part of the deliverables.

Fees, Invoicing & Taxes

Pricing is fixed per package unless otherwise noted. Invoices are due upon receipt, or as stated in the applicable contract or SOW. The client is responsible for applicable taxes unless exempt.

Cancellations & Refunds

Local Digital Marketing: Media runs in monthly cycles. Cancel with 14-day notice to stop the next cycle. Cancellations are non-refundable after they have started running. Included promotional bundles are not cash-refundable. BrightLoop Media may extend runs or provide equivalent credit if inventory is constrained.

Local Digital Marketing Specifics

  • Inventory: placements are subject to availability. BrightLoop Media will confirm availability before launch.
  • Creative: advertising creative runs on repeat according to the applicable package and campaign setup.
  • Reporting: reporting may include estimated impressions, delivery information and recommendations based on the package purchased.
  • Content policy: venue-safe content only. Regulated categories may require additional review.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect confidential information and use it only for the engagement.

Publicity

BrightLoop Media will not use your name or logo without written permission. Anonymized case studies may be used unless prohibited by agreement.

Warranties & Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, each party’s liability is limited to fees paid or payable in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your principal place of business unless otherwise agreed in the contract or SOW.
