What’s the difference between Launch Starter, Launch Plus, and Launch Partner?

Starter is a focused 4-week sprint to clarify goals and define an MVP backlog. Plus (6–8 weeks) adds “plan + build” — a basic site/landing or prototype and analytics. Partner is a 90-day program with weekly working sessions, KPIs, and hands-on help shipping and measuring.

Can I start small and upgrade later?

Yes. Most clients begin with Starter or Plus and upgrade when they’re ready. We apply what we’ve already built so you don’t pay to redo work.

What do we actually walk away with?

Clear success metrics, an MVP roadmap with owners, a simple operating rhythm, and go-to-market next steps. Plus/Partner include working assets (e.g., landing page/prototype), basic analytics, and a KPI scorecard.

Do you only advise, or do you build too?

Both. We co-create artifacts (backlog, roadmap, pricing tests) and, in Plus/Partner, build lightweight assets to launch and learn quickly.

How soon can we start and what’s the cadence?

Kickoff is typically within 1–2 weeks. We run weekly working sessions with async check-ins; Partner includes additional time for execution support.

Who owns the work product?

You do. All deliverables (docs, assets, templates) are transferred to your team at the end of the engagement.

How is pricing structured?

Fixed-price by package. Any custom scope is agreed up front; no surprise add-ons. See plan cards for current inclusions and any promotional bundles.

Where will my ads appear?

On partner screens across local venues such as cafés, clinics, gyms, retail, and offices. We’ll share an inventory snapshot and recommended mix for your audience.

How often will my ad play?

Spots are typically 15 seconds in a rotating loop. Expect ~6–8 plays/hour/screen on entry packages; exact frequency varies by venue, time of day, and total demand.

What creative specs do you support?

15-second MP4 or MOV (H.264), 1080p horizontal or 1080×1920 vertical, max ~50–80 MB. Static JPG/PNG also supported. We’ll provide a simple template and can produce creative if needed.

Can you make the creative for us?

Yes. We offer quick-turn creative as an add-on and include a monthly refresh in most media bundles. We can incorporate QR codes and short URLs for tracking.

Do I get reporting?

Yes. You’ll receive a monthly snapshot with estimated impressions, venue coverage, and recommendations. Partner tiers include deeper insights and iteration suggestions.

Can I pick specific locations or dayparts?

We’ll recommend placements based on your audience. Location preferences are supported; premium dayparts or exclusivity may require a custom plan.

Are there content restrictions?

We follow venue-safe guidelines (no hateful, explicit, or misleading content; regulated categories may require review). We’ll confirm acceptability before launch.

How do the “included media” bundles with Launch Plus/Partner work?

Media bundles run continuously for the stated term and use standard rotation with screen caps per tier. They’re subject to inventory availability; we’ll confirm the venue mix at kickoff.

What if inventory is full or we need to pause?

If inventory is tight, we’ll propose comparable placements or credit the remaining value. Pauses can be scheduled with advance notice; we’ll align on a revised run schedule.

Do you work outside my industry?

Yes. Our approach is industry-agnostic and focused on outcomes, prioritization, pricing, and GTM. We’ll tailor examples and channels to your market.

What’s your cancellation and refund policy?

Launch Packages. You can cancel before kickoff for a full refund (minus payment processing fees). After kickoff, we’ll prorate based on work completed and sessions held. One-time creative/setup fees are non-refundable once delivered. You can also pause an engagement once for up to 4 weeks with written notice.

Local Digital Marketing. Media runs in monthly cycles. Cancel with 14-day notice to stop the next cycle. Mid-cycle cancellations convert remaining time to a credit you can reschedule within 90 days (no cash refunds). Included promotional bundles (e.g., “6 months included”) are not cash-refundable but can be rescheduled within the term, subject to inventory. If inventory is unavailable, we’ll extend the run or credit equivalent value.

How do you handle my data/PII?

We collect only what’s needed to respond to you and deliver services (name, email, company, project details, and optional UTM/source data). Submissions are stored by our website host (Netlify Forms) and forwarded to our business email. We don’t sell personal data.

You can request access or deletion at any time by emailing admin@scalebeacon.net. We keep form submissions for up to 12 months (or longer if we’re working together) and then purge them. We may use vetted sub-processors for hosting, email, analytics, and payments. See our Privacy Policy for details.
