BrightLoop Media (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by ScaleBeacon LLC, respects your privacy. This page explains what information the BrightLoop mobile app collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information such as your name, email address, and profile details when you sign up for an account.
- App interactions including businesses viewed, events opened, or offers tapped (aggregated and anonymous).
- Device and usage data such as device type, operating system, crash reports, and general analytics.
- Messages you submit through the in-app Contact form (subject, message, and your email address).
- Optional information that you choose to provide for account updates or support requests.
How we use your information
- To operate the BrightLoop Media mobile app and provide its core features.
- To display local businesses, events, and special offers.
- To improve app performance, reliability, and user experience.
- To respond to Contact form submissions or support requests.
- To comply with legal, security, or fraud-prevention requirements.
Where your data is processed
Account data and app activity may be stored by our app platform (Adalo) and our business tools (Google Workspace). We may use additional secure, vetted processors for analytics, hosting, crash logging, and data storage. We do not sell personal data.
Analytics and tracking
The app may collect aggregated analytics such as screen views, session length, device type, and crash events. We do not use ad-tech tracking or share identifiable analytics with advertisers.
Data retention
Account information is retained while your account is active. Messages submitted through the app may be retained for up to 12 months unless needed longer for service or legal purposes. You may request account deletion at any time.
Your rights & choices
- Request access to the data associated with your account.
- Request correction or deletion of your information.
- Request that your BrightLoop Media account be removed.

Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and least-privilege practices to protect your information. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard data.
Children’s privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as needed based on changes in features or practices. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of updates.
